This way you can check the ringnumber of a bird, to see if it matches a zebra finch breeder in Europe, or elsewhere in the world. Once your Country reaches at least 30 members on the list, it will get an extra seperate list in your own language, with members only from your country! Your name will then be on both lists, the International and the country list.
